1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Learnimo (the "Services") provided by the individual operating under the alias "Avarnic" ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
Learnimo is a learning application that may include, depending on your platform and account:
- Hierarchical topics and notes, including rich text and drawings
- AI-generated briefs, chat, suggestions, and Q&A
- Flashcard decks, spaced-repetition study, and progress tracking
- Explore feed, user profiles, posts, comments, and sharing
- Media uploads, themes, fonts, and device management
Changes
We may add, change, or remove features. We will try to avoid materially reducing core functionality without notice where practical.
3. Age requirements
Learnimo includes social features such as Explore, public profiles, posts, comments, and sharing. Because you may see or interact with content from other users, we set minimum age requirements for the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, sign in, or continue as a guest. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the Services.
If you are at least 13 but below 16, you may use the Services only if a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and our Privacy Notice and allowed your use, where required by law in your country.
If we learn that an account is used by someone under the applicable minimum age, we may suspend or delete the account and related data.

4. Accounts and eligibility
By creating an account or continuing as a guest, you represent that you meet the age requirements in Section 3 and that you have permission to use the Services.

- Guest sessions may have limited features, storage, or persistence; we may clear guest data according to our policies
5. Your content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process your content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Services (including backups, caching, AI processing you request, and showing public posts on Explore).

- Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
- Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive material
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse APIs except as we expressly allow
6. AI features, limits, and disclaimers
AI-generated briefs, answers, flashcards, and chat responses are provided for learning assistance only. They may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated.
- Verify important information from authoritative sources
- Do not use AI outputs as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice
- AI usage may consume tokens within a time window or be subject to rate limits; we may change limits or pricing with notice where required
- You are responsible for prompts and content you submit to AI features
7. Explore and community conduct
If you use social features, you agree to interact respectfully and comply with applicable law. We may moderate, remove content, or restrict accounts to protect users and the Services.
- Impersonation, spam, and manipulation of engagement are prohibited
- Sharing others’ private information without permission is prohibited
- We may investigate reports and cooperate with law enforcement when required
8. Our intellectual property
The Services, including Learnimo branding, software, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or brand except as needed to use the Services.
9. Third-party services
The Services integrate with third parties such as Supabase, Google sign-in, and AI providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
