Learnimo is built and supported by Avarnic. If something is not working, you have a question about your account, or you would like to share feedback, this page explains the fastest way to reach us.

Email support@avarnic.com and we will respond within 2 business days. For account-specific issues, please send the message from the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.
What to include
- Your Learnimo username or display name
- The email address you signed up with
- The platform you are using (iOS, Android, or Web) and the app version
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Screenshots or a screen recording if the issue is visual
Common topics
Account and sign-in
- Cannot sign in: try signing out and back in, then restart the app. If you used Google or Apple, confirm you are choosing the same provider you originally signed up with.
- Wrong account: each sign-in provider creates a separate account. Use the same provider every time to keep your topics and progress in one place.
- Change email or username: open Settings → Account.
Topics, briefs, and flashcards
- Missing topic: pull to refresh on the Topics tab. If it is still missing, check that you are signed in to the same account.
- Brief or AI response cut off: tap regenerate, or open the brief and request a new generation.
- Flashcard review schedule looks wrong: schedules are per-deck and update after each session.
Subscriptions, credits, and purchases
- Manage or cancel a subscription: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions on Android, or the manage-billing link in your Stripe receipt on web.
- Missing credits after a purchase: open Settings → Account → Restore purchases. If the issue persists, email us with your transaction ID.
- Refund requests: refunds are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe — not by Learnimo. We can help you locate the correct request flow.
Explore, profiles, and sharing
- Report a post or user: open the post or profile and use the report option. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
- Block or unblock someone: open the profile and choose Block or Unblock.
- Share link not working: share links can be revoked by the author — ask them to re-share.
Your data
You can export a copy of your data or delete your account at any time:
- Export: Settings → Account → Export data
- Delete: Settings → Account → Delete account (see the Delete account page for details)
Feedback and feature requests
We read every message. If you would like to suggest a feature, report a rough edge, or tell us what is working well, email support@avarnic.com with the subject "Feedback".
Security issues
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Learnimo, please email support@avarnic.com with the subject "Security" and a description of the issue. Please do not disclose it publicly until we have had a chance to investigate and respond.
