Children's privacy

If you are between 13 and 16, some laws may require a parent or guardian to consent to your use of online services. A parent or guardian should review this notice and our Terms before you use social features.
If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@avarnic.com and we will take steps to delete the information and close the account.
Sensitive information
Learnimo is an education and productivity app. We do not require health, biometric, or payment card data to use core learning features. Any sensitive information in your content is provided voluntarily by you.

- Account creation, authentication, and guest sessions

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Consent — for optional features or where you have given permission
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Services you request
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve Learnimo in a balanced way
- Legal obligations — when we must comply with law
4. When and with whom do we share personal information?
We share information only as needed to run the Services, with categories of recipients such as:

AI processing
Selected profile details, messages, topic and note context, flashcard content, and recent in-app context may be sent through Learnimo's backend to AI providers to generate briefs, answers, suggestions, and related outputs. We configure providers with privacy-oriented settings where available, but AI requests still involve sharing data with those providers for the request duration.
5. How do we handle your social logins?
If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive profile information the provider makes available (such as name, email, avatar, and provider user ID). We use it only for authentication and account management as described in this notice.
6. Is your information transferred internationally?
We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law. When you delete your account, we process deletion according to our retention and backup practices.
